Rihanna is buzzing all over the internet because of her secret encounter with Chis Brown. But aside from her love life, and her singing, acting, modeling, she also designs clothes. Yep... Add one more title to Rihanna... fashion designer.
Barbadian recording artist, model, and actress, Rihanna recently announced she will design a capsule collection for River Island, a high-end British streetwear brand.
This highly anticipated collection, which is set to debut in spring 2013, will not be the first time the 24-year-old celebrity has dabbled in the fashion industry. She also has designed two collections for Armani, a well-known Italian fashion house.
But those collections were limited and only featured jeans and undergarments. With her latest collaboration, Rihanna will be given the freedom to experiment with other garments and fully show off her skills as a designer.
River Island is a stylish affordable brand with over 300 stores across Europe and the Middle East. And I checked out ther website; they have a more chic Urban Outfitters style thing going.... Very similar to Rihanna's personal style.
